Animals are mediums for prayer between humans and the gods. They may be domestic animals or wild animals. They also provided food for the people and may have indicated sources of plants and water. Everything that we utilize in our lives, we offer our prayers with corn pollen.

Some medicine people used the spirit of an animals or animals as a means of entering a trance to discover or resolve an issue.
